Cooking Tteokbokki

We had fun on Monday going to the Asian Supermarket and getting the ingredients for a traditional Korean dish called Tteokbokki.  We then came back to school and the students prepared (cutting, peeling, chopping, measuring) and cooked this for us.  They enjoyed giving each of their teachers a taste and then devouring it themselves - the verdict - delicious!
